Brownies, Cookies, and Making Disciples

What do brownies and cookies have to do with sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and making disciples? Pastor Paul focuses on the Commandment of Jesus, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20). Many have treated this commandment as more of a suggestion, but we can’t deny that this is one of the most important commands for the church to obey.
We all should be prepared to share the Gospel with people around us. The key is to understand the simple ways of achieving this goal; that’s where brownies and cookies can really help. The story in the video helps make sense of how it all works.
